Bengi has over 5 years of experience working with individuals with acquired brain injuries in both residential and community settings. His passion for this work began when a close friend sustained a serious brain injury, inspiring him to learn how to support others going through similar challenges.

Throughout his career, Bengi has gained a deep understanding of the cognitive, emotional, and behavioural impacts of brain injury. He takes pride in delivering person-centred support that promotes independence, dignity, and quality of life. Bengi values the importance of teamwork within a multidisciplinary setting and is committed to providing holistic care tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.

Bengi is known for his calm, empathetic nature and his ability to build strong, trusting relationships with clients. His experience has equipped him with valuable skills in communication, emotional intelligence, and adaptability, all of which help him to support clients through complex rehabilitation journeys.

Outside of work, Bengi enjoys playing padel, listening to music, and walking his dogs.
