Katie Monnelly

SPECIALIST SPEECH AND LANGUAGE THERAPIST (NEUROLOGY)

Katie qualified from Trinity College Dublin in 2010 with a BSc in Clinical Speech and Language Studies. She has worked in acute settings, in inpatient and outpatient neurological rehabilitation, and at a university clinic. She combines clinical insight with a strong foundation in research. She has completed an MSc in advanced practice in speech and language therapy and a nearly completed PhD focused on intensive comprehensive aphasia intervention.

Katie is passionate about translating complex research into meaningful, person-centred therapy, making a real difference to clients' everyday communication. Her approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and always tailored to the individual.
