Olivia brings with her over seven years of experience in business support, having worked extensively within the domiciliary and live-in care sector. In her previous role as a Business Support Administrator, she was responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of the Registered Manager, managing referrals and enquiries, and organising staff rotas, ensuring the smooth running of operations and a high standard of care delivery.

Alongside her administrative role, Olivia also supports individuals living with dementia by providing weekly social visits. This is something she finds deeply rewarding and recognises as having a hugely positive impact on quality of life. Olivia is passionate about supporting others and is committed to contributing to the team’s shared goal of delivering excellent care and therapy to clients.
